Terms and Conditions
- The contents of this campaign, its prizes and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, depending on circumstances, the campaign itself may be cancelled.
- Prizes cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Japan.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Persons affiliated with Good Smile Company or the campaign are not eligible to apply.
- If it is determined that your entry is fraudulent, your entry will be voided and prizes will be withdrawn.
- If prizes are not claimed, the relevant entry will be voided.
- There will be no reselection of winners due to voided entries.
- We will not respond to inquiries regarding lottery results.
- Only the selected winners are allowed to claim their prizes. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be given or resold to any third party (including friends and family) or redeemed for cash.
Prohibited Actions
When applying for this campaign, the following actions are prohibited. Good Smile Company reserves the right to disqualify applications of any applicant or withdraw prizes if an applicant is deemed to have engaged in any of the following actions:
- Actions that violate these terms and conditions
- Actions that violate laws, ordinances, public order, morals, or actions that may pose a risk of doing so
- Actions connected to criminal or fraudulent activities
- Actions that violate the terms of use of the platform used for this campaign
- Actions that infringe or may infringe on the copyrights, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or any other rights and interests of Good Smile Company or any third party
- Actions that damage the honor, reputation, or trust of Good Smile Company or others
- Actions that cause disadvantage or harm to Good Smile Company or others
- Actions that defame or slander Good Smile Company or others
- Actions that disclose another person's personal information
- Impersonation, such as using another person's name or falsely claiming to represent a company or organization
- Using this campaign for business activities, commercial purposes, or any preparatory actions for such activities
- Using this campaign political, electoral, or religious activities
- Actions that interfere with the operation of this campaign
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by Good Smile Company in light of the purpose of this campaign
Disclaimer
- Good Smile Company shall not be held responsible for any troubles related to this campaign that arise due to the applicant. This includes damages caused by application operating environments or circumstances beyond Good Smile Company's control.
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Good Smile Company, the company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from this campaign.
Regarding Personal Information
- Personal information refers to information that is obtained by our company during this giveaway that can be used to identify individual entrants.
- Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this campaign, such as to send prizes.
- Except in cases where disclosure is required by law or regulation, personal information of entrants will not be disclosed or provided to third parties (other than subcontractors) without the consent of applicants.
- Personal information obtained from customers for the purpose of this campaign will be carefully managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.goodsmile.com/en/privacy-policy)
- Personal information is generally retained for a certain period of time after application, after which it will be disposed of.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The applicable law for matters related to this campaign and these terms shall be Japanese law.
- Any disputes related to this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

These terms and conditions are available in Japanese, English, and Chinese. In case of doubt, the Japanese version shall prevail. The English and Chinese versions are for reference only.
