This notice is to inform you that it was discovered that the initial specifications differed from the final product for Chiyo: Demon style (JAN: 4562369651119), an AQUAMARINE product for which the production was taken over by Good Smile Company, which arrived at wholesale stores in Japan from the 27th of February 2023. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter. We will be strengthening our checking procedures to prevent mistakes like this in the future.

Product Specifications
Correct: ABS&PVC figure
Error: ABS&PVC&TPR figure

The product that was sent to customers is made with the "ABS&PVC figure" specifications as described above.

Regarding the Change
· A change was made to the product specifications in 2020 when production of the figure was taken over from AQUAMARINE following their bankruptcy. The reason for the change was to provide improved quality for the final product.
· At this point in time, information regarding the change should have been provided to customers who preordered, however this information was not properly released.

Reason for the Change
TPR materials deteriorate quicker than other materials, get easily dirty and their use can result in large gaps between other materials.
Maintaining a high level of quality during mass production was deemed unfeasible. Since the specifications did not conform to Good Smile Company's quality standard, the specifications were changed.

Support Procedure
We are not planning to remanufacture the figure with the ABS, PVC and TPR specifications.

We will be accepting returns and providing refunds to customers who would like to return the product.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please apply for a return/refund using the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" option in our Customer Support inquiry form.
