(1) Receiving Newsletters from June 2024 and Onwards
Effective June 2024, there will be a change in customers who are eligible to receive newsletters.
(Before the Change)
1) Customers who subscribed to the newsletter using the registration form
2) Good Smile Company Online Store account holders who subscribed to the newsletter on their "My Account" page
(After the Change)
1) Good Smile Company Online Store account holders who subscribed to the newsletter on their "My Account" page
*Before the change, you could receive the newsletter without registering for an account. From June 2024, a Good Smile Company Online Store account is required to receive the newsletter.
Subscribing to the Newsletter
1) Register or transfer your membership to the renewed Good Smile Company Online Store
2) On your account's "My Account" page, check the "Receive" box under "Newsletter" in the "Email Preferences" section.
Registering for an Account
For customers who do not have a GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP account:

Transferring an Account
For customers who previously signed up for an account on the old GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP:

(2) Regarding the Change in Sender's Email Address
From June 2024, a new sender's email address will be used for the newsletter.
(Before change) Before June 2024:
shop@goodsmile.jp
*Moving forward, only emails regarding orders made on the Good Smile Online Store will be sent from shop@goodsmile.jp.
(After change) From June 2024:
mailmagazine@goodsmile.jp
Designated Receiver Settings:
Please ensure that you are able to receive emails from the domain "@goodsmile.jp".

(3) Unsubscribing from the Email Newsletter
Please follow the steps below to unsubscribe from our newsletter.
1) For customers with a Good Smile Company Online Store account:
Please uncheck the "Receive" checkbox under "Newsletter" in the "Email preferences" section.
2) For customers with a GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP account that has not been transferred to the new website:
Please transfer your account to the new Good Smile Company Online Store website and uncheck the "Receive" checkbox under "Newsletter" in the "Email preferences" section.
*If you have subscribed to the newsletter on the old GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP and have not transferred your account, there may be a possibility that upcoming newsletters will be sent to your email.
3) For customers that do not have an old GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP account:
No action is required as newsletters will not be sent to those who do not have a GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP and have not transferred their account to the new Good Smile Company Online Store.
