It has been discovered that some units of Good Smile Company's POP UP PARADE Sisters may have been shipped with silicone oil (Sankol quick-drying lubricant) generated during production left on them.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.


[Incident Details]
The silicone oil (Sankol quick-drying lubricant) used in mass production of the product base seeps into the base surface over time.
 

Silicone oil is used during the manufacturing of figures to help ease the fitting of the figure and the base. This lubricant is used in many of our products and is not harmful to the human body. If the lubricant seeps into the surface of the base, it can be removed using a wet tissue.
 

[Support Provided]
A replacement pedestal that has been wiped of silicone oil will be offered to affected customers. Please contact our Customer Support Team should you wish to apply for a replacement. It is also possible for customers to wipe off the silicone oil themselves.
