Products that have not yet been shipped from Good Smile Company to local distributors at this time will be delivered with the defects corrected.
Due to this, delivery is anticipated to take some time. Customers will be contacted separately by the stores at which the product was purchased at.

If the product was purchased on the Good Smile Company Online Store (previously the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP)

Option ①
Customers can apply for a remanufactured product.

 

How to Apply:
Please apply via the dedicated application form.
We have set up a dedicated application form in our Customer Support Inquiry Form List.
Please fill in all the required information on the application form.

 

Expected Delivery Date:
Remanufactured products are expected to be delivered from November 2024.

 

Option ②
Customers will be sent stickers and decals that will allow them to correct the defect themselves.
*Please note that we will not be able to apply stickers and decals to correct defected products on behalf of customers. Thank you for your understanding.

 

How to Apply:
Please apply via the dedicated application form.
We have set up a dedicated application form in our Customer Support Inquiry Form List.
Please fill in all the required information on the application form.

 

Expected Delivery Date:
The first shipment is scheduled to ship on Wednesday, 7 August 2024.
After the first shipment, we will ship the stickers and decals within 7 business days upon email confirmation of receipt of your application.

 
 

If the product was purchased from a store other than the Good Smile Company Online Store (previously the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP)

 

Option ①
Local distributors will collect defective products and send corrected products to customers.

 

How to Apply:
Product packaging contain stickers with the contact information of respective local distributors. Please contact the person(s) listed on the sticker to request for a corrected product.
*Products without a local distributor's sticker attached will not be accepted by local distributors.

 

Expected Delivery Date:
Delivery time varies depending on your location. Please contact the local distributor at which products were purchased for more information.

 

Option ②
Customers will be sent stickers and decals that will allow them to correct the defect themselves.
