Applying for a Return/Refund via the Inquiry Form
1. Visit the Good Smile Company Customer Support website.
2. Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page.
3. Select "Inquiry about pre-order, payment or shipment" from the drop-down list.
4. Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a return/refund.

For customers who purchased from other stores:
Please contact the store at which the product was purchased from. Cancellation procedures will be carried out at the relevant store.
 



② Returns and Refunds After Delivery

Regardless of the store at which the product was purchased at, please contact our customer support team via the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" form in the "Submit a request" page.
Please submit your request for a refund or return within 30 days of receiving the product.
