Notice Regarding Temporary Suspension of Shipments to Brazil

Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.
This is to inform you that shipments to Brazil will temporarily be suspended from Wednesday, 13 November 2024 in order to make adjustments to our system for taxpayer ID (CPF) number information, which is required for shipments to Brazil. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience on the matter.
Period of Temporary Shipment Suspension
From 13 November 2024 (Wed) until the completion of system upgrades
*System upgrades are expected to be completed by December 2024.
Registration of CPF Number
Once system upgrades have been completed, customers will be required to register their CPF number. If you have not done so, please register your CPF information from the "My Account" page. Customers who have not yet registered their CPF number will also receive an email notification.
After system upgrades have been completed, product shipment will resume sequentially for orders with registered CPF information.
How to Register CPF Information
There are two ways to register your CPF number.
● Create a new shipping address with your CPF number on the "Shipping & Billing Address" page.
● Change the address of an existing order from the "Order History" page and register your CPF number with your shipping address.
Please register your CPF number using either of the methods above.
We will inform you again as soon as system upgrades have been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your patience.
