Cancellation of Packaging Design Change for Nendoroid Brand Products

Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.

This is to inform you about the decision to cancel the packaging design changes for Nendoroid and Nendoroid [Basic] products that were originally announced on 25 October 2024.

Following customer feedback regarding recent changes to the Nendoroid brand, we have completed an internal review. We acknowledge that these changes did not meet our customers' expectations, and are committed to preserving the quality and value of the Nendoroid brand while implementing changes based on customer feedback to ensure the product quality and value our customers expect moving forward.

With regards to our efforts to reduce plastic waste, we will be exploring alternative approaches.
 

Regarding Upcoming Products
In general, upcoming Nendoroid and Nendoroid [Basic] series products will be adopting the original packaging design.

However, due to production schedules, the following 12 products will be delivered with the previously announced paper packaging (new design). We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
