We will be accepting returns and providing refunds to customers who would like to return the product. Please apply for a return or refund from the "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" form from the drop-down list on the Good Smile Company Customer Support website. Applying for a Return/Refund via the Inquiry Form

② Click "Submit a request" at the top right of the page
③ Select "Defects, missing parts or other product-related inquiry" from the drop-down menu
④ Fill in all required fields and indicate your request for a return/refund.
⑤ Please attach a photo or screenshot of your receipt or purchase history at the time of order when submitting your inquiry.

*If you purchased the product from the Good Smile Company Online Store, only an indication of your order number is required. A screenshot of your order history will not be required.

Refund Period
Order cancellations will be accepted from December 2024 until the end of December 2025.
