2024 New Year Holidays
From 27 December 2024 (Fri) to 5 January 2025 (Sun) JST

● Last shipment date of 2024: 26 December 2024 (Thu)
● First shipment date of 2025: 6 January 2025 (Mon)

*Orders received by 12:00pm (JST) on 26 December 2024 (Thu) will be shipped before the end of the year.
*This does not apply to incomplete orders.
 

Notes Regarding Shipping
There have been an increase in number of cases where items cannot be shipped on the scheduled shipping date due to incomplete shipping addresses.

Please contact our Customer Support team should you find that your registered shipping address is incomplete or incorrect. Your swift confirmation and reply are greatly appreciated.

*Orders with shipping addresses corrected by 12:00pm (JST) on 26 December 2024 (Thu) will be shipped before the end of the year. Orders that are corrected after 12:00pm (JST) will be shipped after the new year. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding Customer Support Services
Inquiries sent before 10:00am (JST) on 25 December 2024 (Wed) will be replied to by 26 December 2024 (Thu). Inquiries received after 10:00am (JST) will be replied to from 6 January 2025 (Mon).
