This is to inform you that it has been discovered that the payment completion email is not being sent to a portion of customers who have completed payment using the convenience store payment method when purchasing from the Good Smile Company Online Store.

Affected Period: 15 January 2025 (Wed) post maintenance - 17 February 2025 (Mon)
Affected Customers: A portion of customers who completed payment using the convenience store payment during the above period
Issue: Payment completion email not sent to a portion of customers
*The notice of payment number email is being sent without issue.
