The figure is based on her popular swimsuit outfit from the game's ~Prefect Team Administrator Emergency Special Order~ Head Prefect Hina's Summer Vacation event.

The scene in which Izumi is attacked by a giant octopus from the Recollection Lobby "Izumi and the Summer Monster" has been faithfully captured in figure form.
